Maxwell Min 

Maxwell ‘Jaehong(재홍/宰泓)’ Min(閔) is a South-Korean international.

Having vast experiences in ED&I in football in the Merseyside area, Maxwell has a passion to invite East Asians into The FA learning pathways. His MA dissertation ‘Exploring racialisation of East Asian in the UK grassroots football’ has also been shared with The (English) Football Association.

From 2022, he took on a project co-ordinator in The Frank Soo Foundation, creating and supporting events such as The Frank Soo Cup, contributing to various deliveries of projects. He hopes to expand the knowledge of Frank Soo as a unique lens to re-examine the usage of ‘race’ on Asians.
